Lifetime Achievement Award

2024 Lifetime Achievement Award
Lisa Blue

With her late husband (and past AAJ President), Fred Baron, they built their firm into one of the largest environmental law firms in the country. In addition to her impressive legal practice, she maintains a private consultancy as a forensic psychologist and is a nationally renowned expert in jury selection.

For Lisa, AAJ’s work has always been pivotal to furthering the fights in the courtroom. As well as her legendary advocacy on behalf of her clients, her commitment to AAJ has been steadfast, helping to drive our mission forward.

She served as AAJ president in 2014. Moving to Washington D.C, she gave everything to the role and proved to be an incredibly effective advocate for our cause and our community.

Lisa has been there for AAJ time and time again, providing unprecedented financial support. She always answers the call, and her generosity has been nothing short of awe-inspiring.

About the Award

The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes an AAJ member of at least 20 years standing whose courtroom advocacy has, during a distinguished career, significantly advanced the rights of the wrongfully injured, and who by substantial service to AAJ and the trial bar, has significantly furthered the cause of justice and the mission of the Association.
