The Fight to End Forced Arbitration Marches On
When the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault & Sexual Harassment became law, we knew our work to end forced arbitration would continue. There's a new bill to end forced arbitration for race discrimination. Forced arbitration allows race discrimination and racially hostile environments to flourish unabated and without consequence to those who perpetuate it.
Simultaneously we advocate for the FAIR Act that would end forced arbitration everywhere. AAJ continues to stand up against the ongoing corporate assault on the rights of workers, consumers, and patients. We won’t rest till forced arbitration is a relic of the past.
Each year more people killed and injured in large truck crashes, but the federal minimum insurance requirement for trucking companies has not been raised since 1980 and does not match inflation or rising medical costs. AAJ is working to ensure crash victims receive justice.
