Inclined Sleeper Litigation Group
The Inclined Sleeper Litigation Group focuses on infant bassinets and inclined sleepers, including the Fisher Price the Rock‘n Play device (recalled in April 2019). Inclined sleepers have been linked to the sudden deaths of infants, as well as to infant asphyxiation and other injuries, including plagiocephaly and torticollis. The Litigation Group assists members preparing for litigation.
The group formed in 2020.
- Meetings: The group meets at AAJ Annual and Winter conventions.
- Membership: The group is limited to AAJ Regular, Life, Sustaining, and President’s Club member only.
- Annual Dues: $100/attorney
