Introducing the Dram Shop Litigation Group
The Dram Shop Litigation Group assists members litigating cases against bars, restaurants and social hosts who knowingly serve impaired guests when they knew or should have known that the guests would be driving soon. The Dram Shop Litigation Group was formed at the 2022 AAJ Spring Board of Governors meeting. Members will have access to a Document Library and list server.
Dram Shop Litigation Group
- Meetings: The group meets at AAJ Annual and Winter conventions.
- Membership: AAJ Regular, Life, Sustaining, Leader Forum, and President’s Club member only.
- Annual Dues: The Litigation Group is complementary to members of the AAJ Premises Liability Section who can agree to the terms and conditions of membership in the Litigation Group's Affidavit. If you are not yet a member, you can join the Premises Liability Section here.
